Crystalite glazing panels are an extruded acrylic sheeting (PMMA ) product. The panels are a transparent thermoplastic, being shatter resistant the product is 250 times stronger than glass and with a density of less than half that of glass. Crystalite glazing panels have good impact strength and clear panels provide up to 92% of visible light.

• Crystalite Glazing Beam System
  The Crystalite glazing bars/beams are stocked and supplied in standard lengths of 4050mm and 6050mm.These come complete with aluminium
  extrusions including main bar/ beam, top cap, top cap infill and 2x side infills for beam, compression fasteners and rubber seals.
  
  
• EconoGlaze Glazing Bar System
  The Crystalite glazing bars/beams are stocked and supplied in standard lengths of 4050mm and 6050mm.Each EconoGlaze Bar assembly includes the top cap, base bar, 2x end-plates w/screws and rubber seals. Fixing screws, edge spacers and rafters are additional. These are typically attached to the supporting structure by drilling and screwing directly through the top and bottom cap extrusions and screwing into the supporting member.

• Crystalite Glazing Bar End Plate F150 (1piece) 6mm
  Designed to cover the end of the glazing bar/beam assembly, and also prevent the glazing and rubber seals from creeping.The Glazing Bar End Plates are made from aluminium and supplied natural finish but can be powder coated.
• Crystalite Glazing sheet End Cap 6mm 4050
  Designed to slip over the edge of the glazing to provide protection to the edge of the sheet and also prevent the ingress of dirt and moisture inside structured/multi-wall glazing sheets.
• Crystalite spacer 6mm
  Used to fill the void and seal the glazing bar when at the edge of the structure. The Crystalite Edge Spacer
  Bar can be supplied in 4050 lengths, natural aluminium finish as standard or with optional powder coated finish.
