Chopping Boards are made out of Sanalite. These are available in thicknesses of 12.7mm, 19.1mm and 25.4mm. This is a food grade quality material. Sanalite is perfect for food preparation surfaces and bait boards as their molecular make up has no pores. This means that there is no moisture absorption or lingering smells.
